The challenge
A global signage program depends on hundreds of employees and vendors following the same technical standards, across regions, languages and levels of experience. Dense written standards were not enough.
What I did
I produced 10+ training videos and courses from concept and script through editing in Adobe Creative Suite to publishing. I managed the internal website and LMS content used for training and certification, and turned technical standards and the annual budget process into plain-language resources.
Before publishing, I reviewed color contrast, alt text and screen-reader metadata.
How it works
Each piece follows the same production path, so quality does not depend on the deadline.
- 01Concept and learning goal
- 02Script in plain language
- 03Edit in Premiere Pro, graphics in Photoshop
- 04Accessibility review: contrast, alt text, metadata
- 05Publish to LMS; maintain on the internal site
The result
The training reached 400+ employees and vendors across the Americas, Europe and LATAM. Alongside this, I oversaw up to 220 projects at 500+ locations with a $6.2M budget and 12–15 direct reports.
Since April 2026 at Salesforce, I have produced 4 more training videos and courses reaching approximately 50–80 people, and maintain internal web and LMS content.
Methods, limitations & lessons
These materials are internal to the client and are not shown here. Samples can be discussed where permission allows.
The lesson I carry forward: write the script for the person watching on a phone, between tasks, in their second language.
